What does Matrix V6 Look Like?

MatrixV6 Tour

MATRIX uses fifty four seperate windows and dialogue boxes.

The information in many of these windows is updated automatically when calculations are being performed or changes are being made to a displayed recipe or formula.

The basic working environments are in the Matrix Window It has five different tabbed modes or operational environments each of which is independant from the other so that operations in one environment do not effect activities underway in another.

  • Recipe to Formula: recipes are entered and formulae are automatically calculated together with expansion, ratio & surface tension
  • Formula to Recipe:formulae are entered or loaded and may be converted into recipes using materials selected from raw material databases
  • Blends: blends may be generated using recipes previously entered and saved.
  • Raw Materials:raw materials may be displayed and edited or new materials may entered into a database
  • Colourants: colourant materials may be displayed and edited or new colourants may entered into a database

  • In addition to the main window there are many other windows accessible for displaying other information e.g.
  • Limit formula:    are displayed on a bar graph showing oxide limit ranges and references for camparison to any currently displayed recipe's formula
